Texoma Homes was founded to help hard working families achieve the dream of homeownership. We work hard to show our customers that there is a realistic and affordable way to home and property ownership through manufactured and prefab homes. We work with a number of manufacturers to help our customers realize success, own homes they love and create more opportunities for them down the road.
In 2021-2022 an imbalance of supply and demand has fueled rapid home appreciation across the State of Texas. Homebuyers are now reconsidering the value of site built home purchases due to record property prices and quickly rising mortgage rates.
In April of 2022, the typical site built single-family house price surged to almost $350,000 and the national mortgage rate rose about 2%, making home purchasing difficult. Especially for first- time home buyers. Which makes purchasing a new manufactured home make even more sense for thousands of families across Texas, Oklahoma and beyond.
