Hello, allow me to introduce myself... 👋

My name is Ben Arellano. I proudly represent Solitaire Homes as the National Account Sales Manager. Currently, this territory includes Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arizona. 

As you may know, I was a sales consultant at Hench’s Country Livin' Homes LTD | Solitaire Homes of Denison. Hench's employed me from December 2019 to March 2024. I started with Wholesale Manufactured Homes in Kingston, OK. Wholesale is a sister company of Hench's and the premier Palm Harbor sales center in South Oklahoma. In August of 2020, I transferred to Hench’s Country Livin' Homes LTD | Solitaire Homes of Denison. Over the years 2021, 2022, and 2023, I was honored to receive the Salesman of the Year award. Now that you know a bit about my background in the manufactured home industry, I want to show you how I intend to transform the home-buying experience. 

Today, I would like to share my YouTube channel and website, Texoma Homes. You will find every home offered by Solitaire Homes.  Texoma Homes was created by leveraging my experience in the manufactured home industry and my knowledge of today's social media technology. Texoma Homes YouTube Channel uses the video platform to store a library of detailed home tours, financing, and “how to” guides to help you find the perfect home. Combined with the website, Texoma Homes is your one-stop shop for all the information you need about manufactured homes. Gain access to floor plans, photos, and virtual tours!
